The National W3R® Association is a nine-state partnership to support the Washington-Rochambeau National Historic Trail. That 700-mile corridor with side-trails tells how French policies, armies, and fleets supplied the U.S. with arms and money and supported in the U.S. a French army which marched south with the Continental Army to win the climactic siege at Yorktown.
