2007 - LEGISLATION PROPOSED

In 2007 Rep. Maurice D. Hinchey (NY-22, at left) introduced H.R. 1286 to name the W3R® a National Historic Trail. This was not passed in 2007. James M. Johnson, Ph.D. (at right) provided testimony in support of this bill. Similar legislation was introduced in the Senate.
