Ad for Revolutionary Weekend

The W3R-Delaware, chaired by Kim Burdick, developed weekend festivals in 2004 and 2006, spread out along much of the route in the state. Hundreds of people hiked, rode trams, attended a musical play, watched country dancers, participate in a ceremony at the grave of one of the French army officers, and ate food prepared the old-fashioned way -- over an open fire or in a brick oven.
